Feels tucked away and parklike, but less than 5 minutes to the Village District with it’s boutiques and unique restaurants, and less than 10 minutes to Holly Springs Towne Center with all your big box stores.

Nearby Parks and Recreation: This incredible and very hard to find location at this price point, is adjacent to Bass Lake Park. Bass Lake is the trailhead for the majority of the Holly Springs greenway system, making this location an incredible spot for nature lovers. You can access multiple parks via Bass Lake greenway, including Sugg Farm, Parrish Womble, and the Hunt Community Center. By car, Ting Park and Jones Park are only 5 minutes away.
