First Contact
You can give me a call, text, or send an email and we’ll set up a convenient time to talk about your needs. During this first meeting we’ll talk about what kind of home you are looking for, the ideal location, and your budget. I’ll answer any questions you have about the area and the market, and give you a little bit of insight into how real estate transactions work here in North Carolina. If you’re ready to move forward, I will set up a home search for you with the criteria you’ve provided if you are looking to purchase. If you’re planning on listing your home with Harmony, we’ll schedule an in house presentation and tour of your home.

If you are buying a home, we will talk about agency, contracts, inspections, and the costs associated with buying a home in North Carolina. Don’t worry about remembering everything we talk about. I will send you copies of everything we talk about, and REST ASSURED, we will be talking about all of this throughout the transaction. You DON’T have to remember everything!
If you’re selling your home, I will prepare a comparative market analysis for your property. This is a reasonable estimation of what your home would sell for, given the most recent sales of comparable properties. With that in hand, we will talk about what you could do to prepare your home for the market, and what Harmony will do to market your home. Our goal is the best price in the least amount of time!

I’m moving from out of state, but want to rent for a while. Can you help with rentals?
We do have a system for helping those who want to rent before committing to an area. Unlike other areas of the country, all of the available rentals in the Triangle area are NOT listed in the Multiple Listing Service. Many rental agencies work independently, listing and showing their own rentals. This makes it difficult for Realtors to help find rentals. BUT, we have developed a way to help.
