Auburn Village is a Lennar 55+ community situated between Raleigh and Garner — it carries a Raleigh address but sits about halfway between Garner and Clayton, just off US-70 with easy access to I-40 and I-540. With around 400 homes and a median price in the low $400s, it’s one of the most affordable active adult communities in the Triangle with a full resort-style amenity package.
Homes are ranch-style with open-concept layouts, built between 2019 and 2022, ranging from modest two-bedroom plans to larger homes over 2,700 square feet. The amenity package includes a saltwater pool, hot tub and spa, fully equipped clubhouse, fitness center, pickleball and tennis courts, bocce ball, a fire pit, parks, and scenic walking trails. The HOA covers all landscaping. Only one resident per household needs to be 55 or older. White Oak Shopping Center is minutes away, WakeMed Hospital and River Ridge Golf Club are nearby, and the Neuse River Trail is about 4 miles from the community.
