Giveaway Terms of Service

  1. Eligibility:
    • Open to legal residents of Triangle area North Carolina, aged 18 or older at the time of entry.
    • Employees of Harmony Realty and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
  2. How to Enter:
    • Follow Harmony Realty on Facebook or Instagram.
    • Like and share the giveaway post.
    • Fill out the entry form linked in the post to complete your submission.
    • Limit one entry per person.
  3. Entry Period:
    • The giveaway begins on Fridays when posted on social platforms. Time varies. And ends on Thursdays at noon.
  4. Winner Selection:
    • Winner(s) will be chosen at random from eligible entries within 48 hours of the giveaway closing.
    • Winner(s) will be notified via email or phone call. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.
  5. Prizes:
    • Prize(s) are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
  6. Disclaimers:
    • This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
    • Harmony Realty reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway in case of technical issues or other unforeseen circumstances.
  7. Important Note:
    • We will NEVER ask for your credit card information. Beware of scammers impersonating our account.
  8. Acceptance of Rules:
    • By entering, participants agree to abide by these rules and the decisions of Harmony Realty, which are final and binding.

    • The giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
