What will it take to Maximize your Profit?


1. Tier 1 Listings

You bought your home a few years ago and now for some reasons you need to sell? Maybe you got transferred? If determining the probable sale price of your home is a straightforward task and your home does not require any updating, this might be all that you need. We provide a market analysis for your home and determine a suggested listing range for your home “As Is.” We provide professional photos and a staging analysis for you along with a staging checklist. Of course we are with you throughout the transaction, managing all the details. Our pricing for this service is very competitive! (We don’t charge you for work that we don’t need to do.)

2. Tier II Listings

This is a great option for older homes that could benefit from knowing whether the costs of improvements would be returned in the sale. At this level we offer a market analysis of your home “as is”, but we also give you a market analysis and suggested list price for tiered updates and repairs. (We price out those repairs to ensure that the cost to update doesn’t exceed the expected increase in home value.) You get a staging analysis and checklist AND we provide soft staging for you. Professional photos and a digital walkthrough of your home are made. Most homes will benefit from this level of service. Again, our pricing is competitive!

3. Tier III Listings

Do you have a truly unique property? Is it full of custom features that words and photos just can’t convey? Is it in a remarkable location? Is the walkability exceptional? Are the amenities fabulous? At this tier we offer the same services as Tier II, but employ other marketing strategies to both convey the unique features of your home and broaden your market reach.
