Shopping and Amenities

Sunset Lake Commons is the closest shopping center with an anchor Harris Teeter and a few boutiques and restaurants. Cary and Apex shopping is about the same distance to Holly Springs shopping in this location. Holly Springs Towne Center, Waverly Place in Cary and downtown Apex are all between 10-15 minutes. This area does feel a little more removed, in a luxurious way, but it is about 10 minutes from the new Fuquay/Garner Costco.

Middle Creek Park and amenities are about a mile away. Middle Creek offers a playground, disc golf, access to miles of greenway trails and a community center with pickleball, an open gym and tons of classes for adults and kids. Middle Creek is managed by the town of Cary. All amenities are open to everyone, but classes cost more for non-Cary residents.
