Sunset Ridge is located in the southwestern part of Holly Springs, blending accessibility with a peaceful setting that feels tucked away from it all. Sunset Ridge is well-connected to major areas. Commuting to the Research Triangle Park (RTP) takes about 30-40 minutes, and downtown Raleigh is around a 25-30 minute drive, making it convenient for professionals. An additional leg of the 540 beltway is nearing completion that will likely shave some time off these routes for all neighborhoods on the east side of Holly Springs.
Shopping and Amenities
Sunset Ridge has plenty of sidewalks and is within easy walking distance of a local pizza shop. Sunset Lake Village is about a mile away, but currently Holly Springs Road is under construction to make everything better connected throughout the town. Sidewalks and roundabouts are being installed as part of this renovation and will be completed in 2025.
Sunset Ridge is about 3 miles to Holly Springs Town Center, which offers all the shopping you need with major retailers like Target, Marshalls and Home Goods, as well as an AMC Dine-in movie theatre and many other popular shops and restaurants. Just 2 miles the other direction is Holly Springs Village District with quaint, boutique stores, restaurants, coffee shops and access to the local community center and library.
Sunset Ridge is adjacent to Bass Lake Park and the miles of walking trail connect Bass Lake to Sugg Farm and Parrish Womble Park. The Club at Sunset is a Tennis and Swim Club within the neighborhood. Devil’s Ridge Golf Club is also located within the neighborhood.
