Midyear Market Update 2018

You’ll notice in the data below that Cary, Apex and Wake Forest are not experiencing the same price increases as other towns in the Triangle. Remember that this data is based on the median price, so for example, homes in Cary in the $200’s may still be seeing larger price increases, but that median price point of $373,000 does not appear to be continuing the increase as quickly as it has in the past. 

If you are in Cary or Apex and in the $300k price point or above, and have been considering selling, now might be a good time to pull the trigger.
