Park Village Cary NC
Park Village Cary NC is a planned community in southwestern Cary, located between Davis Drive and Jenks Carpenter Road. Park Village is about a 5 mile drive to Downtown Cary, and it’s 11 miles from Research Triangle Park, making it a really easy commute. Raleigh Durham International Airport is about 15 minutes and downtown Raleigh is 25. Those times will be a little bit more in rush hour, of course.
People love Park Village because it is flanked by town of Cary parks on both sides. If you aren’t familiar with how wonderful our parks system is in Cary, you should definitely watch this video to see my favorite Cary parks. In Park Village, you’ve got Davis Drive Park on the east side of the neighborhood and White Oak Park on the west side. Park Village also has amazing Greenway access with both the Park Village Greenway and White Oak Creek Greenway running through the neighborhood. White Oak Greenway is one of the major town of Cary connector trails which runs from Bond Park all the way to the 23 mile American Tobacco Trail.
Homes in Park Village are Single Family detached homes that range in size from about 1100 square feet to just under 3000 square feet. and at the time of this video, prices ranged from the high $200,000’s to the $400,000’s.
Park Village is a pool community with a beautiful clubhouse, community playgrounds, several lakes and plenty of green space.
